Ulm School Espresso Cup

These espresso cups were designed as part of a system of stackable crockery by Nick Roericht in 1959 as his final thesis at the Ulm School of Design. The School was founded by former Bauhaus student Max Bill with many of its ideals, but with a more utilitarian style.

The 'Ulm' crockery went straight into production for the schools' cafeteria and was widely used across Germany and farther afield.

This well-designed stackable system is perfect for use in today's homes.
