Cheese Slicer
This cheese slicer was invented by Norwegian cabinetmaker Thor Bjørklund in 1925. Frustrated by the difficulty of cutting cheese accurately with a knife, he created a product which works like the woodworking planes he was so familiar with.
Often imitated, this is the original. It is still made in Norway by the company he founded.
