This knife sharpener is a real classic. Designed by Robert Welch in the 1970s, it cleverly mimics the action of a butcher's steel.
Inside there are 2 small steels, spring loaded and set at the optimum angle for sharpening a knife evenly. Simply draw the knife through the gap 2 or 3 times and the blade is sharpened.
